Items are accepted for refund or exchange in Australia if returned in saleable condition within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. 

A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. To return or exchange your item, please go to our Contact Us tab and provide details or purchase and photos will need to be emailed to info@plumpetal.com.au. All returns are at the cost of the customer, accept if the item is faulty and then a shipping slip will be issues to return the item to Plum Petal. A refund will only be issues once the faulty item has been received.
